Empire Eye Physicians Construction Update
Construction at the Empire Eye Physicians' new clinic and surgery center is well underway in Spokane Valley, WA. The concrete foundation, underground utilities, and parking garage are completed. Formwork and reinforcing are installed for the post-tension concrete slab to be poured this week. Next, they will start going vertical with the wood framing scheduled to begin at the end of September. Thank you, Ginno Construction, for your great work on the project so far.
Empire Eye Physicians broke ground on their new clinic and ambulatory surgical center in June of 2020. This project was 15 years in the making and the new Empire Eye Physicians Clinic & Ambulatory Surgical Center will further the mission of providing patients with the most advanced surgical techniques and state-of-the-art technology. The facility includes 10,000 square feet of clinical space and 5,000 square feet of ambulatory surgical center space. The project will utilize leading-edge building materials, a progressive mechanical system, and a modern aesthetic.
