#ThrowbackThursday Global Scholars Hall at WSU

The Global Scholars Hall at Washington State University is a signature student residence with 133 dwelling units of varying types. The five-story dormitory includes common areas and decks, dedicated community spaces, and commercial ground-floor spaces. Because of its location at the heart of an active campus, the project had some challenges associated with phasing, site boundaries, and student safety. It took strategic and careful planning to ensure construction could be conducted while mitigating any impact on the student population. Bernardo Wills also provided interior design and landscape architecture for this project.
