Vivacity Care Center Final Images

Here are the final images of the Vivacity Care Center in Spokane Valley, WA, completed with Meridian Construction. Bernardo Wills Architects worked with Meridian on the site plan, building shell floor plans, exterior elevations, and final design and construction documents, as well as landscape architecture services. Prior to completion, buildings must pass ‘pressure testing’ – the air-tightness is quantified, determining the amount of uncontrolled air leakage through gaps and cracks within the building. This building passed with flying colors, so much so that the inspector was convinced his equipment was faulty. Kudos to the designer and construction team that worked together on this complex building envelope. We are very proud of this result. Enjoy these great photos!
