Updates from the Selkirk Pharma Site

Check out the latest from the Selkirk Pharma jobsite. Bouten Construction has made the most of this busy construction season, and the facility should be completed in May 2022. When completed and at full utilization, Selkirk Pharma will employ around 300 employees. Photo credit: Selkirk PharmaWe have previously stated that the Selkirk Pharma facility is in Airway Heights, but is it actually located in the airport overlay zone that incorporates the Spokane Airport into the City of Spokane. This zone has also expanded to include a second runway zone. Check out this graphic outlining how the City of Spokane and Airway Heights relate to each other – it is possible that neighboring properties could be incorporated into different municipal jurisdictions.
