A Warm & Cozy Success: Our First-Ever Soup Swap!
At Bernardo Wills, we believe that a strong team is built on more than just great designs—it’s about camaraderie, collaboration, and creating connections. That’s why we kicked off our first-ever Soup Swap, bringing our team together for a fun and delicious way to share homemade flavors and enjoy some friendly conversation.
How It Worked
The concept was simple but oh-so-satisfying! Each participant chose a soup to make, prepared it in individual portions, and swapped their homemade creation for four other soups brought in by coworkers. The result? A variety of warm, comforting meals to take home and enjoy—all while celebrating our amazing workplace culture.

From hearty classics like Loaded Baked Potato Soup and Vegetable Beef Soup to creative twists like Cheeseburger Soup and Pizza Soup, every bowl was packed with flavor and made with care.
More Than Just Soup
While the food was the main event, this swap was about more than just a good meal. It was a chance to step away from our desks, connect with coworkers, and build the kind of positive company culture that makes Bernardo Wills such a great place to work. Events like this remind us that small moments—whether sharing a meal or swapping stories over a bowl of soup—help strengthen our team and foster a workplace where people feel valued.
