Exciting Progress on the HYDAC Manufacturing Facility in Cheney, WA
We’re thrilled to share the latest updates on the HYDAC Manufacturing Facility project located at 1615 Willow St., Cheney, WA. This exciting new facility is a 19,500 sq. ft. site cast concrete insulated panel building, designed to house both office and manufacturing spaces for HYDAC Technology Corporation, a leading manufacturer of hydraulic parts.
Yesterday, we celebrated Richfest, marking the topping out of the HYDAC Manufacturing Facility. Richfest is a traditional event where the builders, architects, and everyone involved in the construction process are honored. We enjoyed brats, pretzels, and beverages as we celebrated this significant milestone!
The construction of this facility is progressing smoothly, thanks to the dedication and hard work of our partners at Baker Construction. The building features a robust design using site cast concrete insulated panels, ensuring both durability and efficiency.
