Future Development on Spokane's South Hill
The Spokesman-Review from last Friday announces the future development of the KXLY site on Spokane’s South Hill. The mixed-use development will include 306 apartment units and future commercial spaces for restaurants and brewpubs. The development will also include a crossing to the Regal Plaza shopping center. We are proud to be a part of the first team to bring the “Texas doughnut” housing solution to our region.
