Baker Construction completed the eight Studios, 13 1-Bedroom units, and 20 2-Bedroom apartments in April 2022. With five total floors, four for apartment living, and the commercial ground floor consisting of two retail spaces, this complex utilizes all 53,000 square feet of space.
Much focus was given to the challenge of adjoining this complex to an existing adjacent mixed-use building. Another test was to minimize material waste and increase labor efficiency by ensuring the exterior window/door sizes and layout coordinated with the exterior finish panel sizes. With direction from trusted consultants, West of Jefferson is move-in ready.
