The Bissinger Building

Capitalizing on its historic past, Bernardo Wills’ office earns two LEED Golds.

Conversion of this historic warehouse to Bernardo Wills’ new headquarters earned the building two LEED Gold certifications.  Intense planning generated spaces that foster client engagement and staff collaboration.  Contemporary design elements harmonize with the building’s original exposed brick-and-timber structure, creating a dynamic office environment that celebrates the beauty of the historic architecture.
