Spokesman-Review Interviews Bob Wills Upon His Retirement

Today in the Spokesman, Bob Wills reflects on his 50-year career in architecture. Bob moved to Spokane in 1971 after being assigned the Boeing B-52 bomber at Fairchild Air Force Base during his service in the US Air Force. After completing his service, his first job at Warren C. Heylman and Associates was Expo ’74 and the foreign exhibit buildings. Since then, Bob continued to leave his mark on Spokane, including designs for the Spokane International Airport’s Concourse C expansion, the Davenport Towers, the Spokane County Medical Examiner’s Office, McEuen Park Redevelopment in Coeur d’Alene, and the North Bank Playground at Riverfront Park.
