South Landing Eco District

From the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce: The South Landing Eco District wins the Sustainable Development of the Year award. Bernardo Wills Architects provided architecture and interior design services for the Scott Morris Center for Energy Innovation, which houses an all-electric central energy plant that delivers clean, shared energy to all buildings within the South Landing development. We also provided interior design and landscape architecture services for the Catalyst building, one of the largest zero-energy buildings in North America. Congratulations to Emerald Initiative, McKinstry, Avista, Michael Green Architecture, and Eastern Washington University for this achievement! Photo: McKinstry
