Meet Heather

Heather Storlie joins Bernardo Wills with a wealth of industry knowledge and a reputation for her exceptional organizational skills. With over a decade of experience in multi-family housing, Heather’s background offers an invaluable perspective for our team. Her expertise in navigating the complexities of large projects will be key in helping our teams stay on track and meet our high standards for project management and delivery.

Heather’s role as Executive Assistant to Architecture is multifaceted, as she will manage all aspects of project administration for her studio leaders. This includes setting up meeting agendas, tracking project timelines, and ensuring that all action items are addressed promptly. Heather is a proactive problem-solver, adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and her approach ensures that all projects are executed smoothly. Her combination of skills, developed through diverse experiences—including culinary school and studies at Eastern Washington University—reflect her commitment to detail and precision.

Meet Olivia

With a professional background in zoning, permitting, and civil engineering administration, Olivia brings a wealth of experience to her role. Her expertise in prioritization and communication ensures she provides exceptional support for project management and business operations.

Olivia is a natural connector who thrives on flexibility and collaboration. She brings a fresh perspective to the team, seamlessly supporting Dell, Bill, and Gretchen as they tackle landscape architecture projects while also bolstering the efforts of our finance department. When Olivia isn’t busy keeping projects on track, she enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking or creating adventures indoors as a Dungeon Master in her Dungeons & Dragons campaigns. Olivia holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Saint Martin’s University, further underscoring her talent for communication and attention to detail.
