Horn Rapids Apartments

The $48 million Horn Rapids Apartments project has broken ground in Richland, consisting of 288 total units that will provide Hanford employees closer housing options to cut their commute times. The units range from 800 sq.ft. studios, up to 1,250 sq.ft. three-bedroom units. The complex has been designed with amenities to appeal to families: several green areas, multiple gazebos to grill and dine outdoors, a splash pad for children, and a full-size swimming pool.

LCR Construction is the contractor, and Bernardo Wills Architects provided site planning and architectural services for the project.
