Gretchen Renz Celebrates 30 Years at Bernardo Wills Architects

Please join us in congratulating our Business Manager, Gretchen Renz, CDFA, for 30 years of service at Bernardo Wills Architects. Gretchen has grown with us, from a firm of two architects to a full-service firm of 45 people, including interior design and landscape architecture departments. She has worn many hats, from the original BWA secretary, to office manager, to business manager, overseeing all business operations, human resources, and corporate finance. She heads our operations team and supervises project accounting, business development, marketing, project administration, and office administration. More than that, Gretchen’s leadership and care for Bernardo Wills and its people has steered us through storms and carried us through life’s hardships. Her humor and love of fun has spread laughter and joy through the office, and her party-planning skills are second to none. The word ‘superhero’ comes to mind. Here's to you, Gretchen!
