Construction Updates from Prairie Falls Golf Club

#WorksiteWednesday Congratulations to Prairie Falls Golf Club in Post Falls, Idaho, for flying in the final insulated precast concrete wall! Crews are currently wrapping up the installation of precast hollow core concrete floor and roof decking. The project includes 44,000 square feet of shell space, including a restaurant, retail, clubhouse, and lease space on the main level with 17 hotel suites, a conference room, and a community center on the upper level. We can’t wait to see families gathering on a Friday night for multi-generational fun. J. Robb Construction is the contractor, and the project is scheduled for completion Summer of 2023.
