BWA Adds New Staff

Licia LeGrant, AIA, NCARB, architect; Philip S. Ward, ASLA, CLARB, landscape architect; and Saul Rip Hansen, BIM/CAD technician, have joined the firm. Commissions on which Licia is currently working include the Catalyst Project in Spokane’s southern University District, Katerra Inc.’s CLT manufacturing facility in the City of Spokane Valley, and Refrigeration Supplies Distributor’s branch store in Vancouver, Wash. Philip is presently working on the landscape and irrigation modification for Mission Park in Spokane as well as two projects in Idaho: Phase II of the Gilmore RV Campground at Farragut State Park and planning the next phases of residential development at The Club at Rock Creek south of Coeur d’Alene. He previously worked for BWA from 2010 to 2013. Saul is providing drafting, design and construction support for three projects in Idaho: the North Idaho Dermatology medical office building and a tenant improvement for Kootenai Health’s medical office building – both in Coeur d’Alene, and Eagle River Luxury Living, a senior living community in Eagle.
