#AdminWeek Bernardo Wills Celebrates the Admin Team

Happy Administrative Professionals Day (4/21/21) to the admins here at Bernardo Wills Architects and throughout the Spokane business community. We know that we would be lost without our support staff, and today with honor their professionalism, thoughtfulness, and attentiveness.A special shoutout to Ginny Edwards, our Senior Project Administrator, for an amazing job presenting to SDA Seattle Society for Design Administration last week on “Standardizing Without Limitizing.” Since Ginny joined Bernardo Wills Architects last year, she has worked with a committee to update many of our standard forms and shared her process and some of her tips and tricks with the Seattle Chapter of SDA. We are so glad to have you on the team, Ginny. Cheers to you!#AdminWeek – Today we shine a spotlight on Tonya Wollschleger, project accounting coordinator at Bernardo Wills Architects. Tonya has an important job here in the office: working with our project managers to ensure our billings are accurate and communicating that information to our clients and consultants. She is highly efficient with a keen eye for improving processes and is a joy to work with. Tonya is one of our great office chefs, regularly surprising us with goodies and her home kitchen experiments (always tasty!). Tonya, you are an integral part of our success here at Bernardo Wills, cheers to you!#AdminWeek Gretchen Renz, CDFA, has been with Bernardo Wills Architects since the very beginning. In her 30-year career, Gretchen has grown from the very first secretary to our business manager, overseeing the admin team and managing human resources and all operations and corporate finance (among many other things!). Gretchen sets a standard for excellence in her thoughtfulness, attention to detail, dedication to BWA, and genuine care for her colleagues. The strength of our admin team is due to Gretchen’s natural gift of growth and mentorship. While we know she’s an expert by now, she continues to read, learn, and ask other business leaders about how we can do things better. Ask her about her latest business book recommendation! Cheers to you, Gretchen. We are so blessed to have you on the team. #AdminWeek – Emily Moline Meyer, CDFA, loves working to support her colleagues in her new(ish) role as Bernardo Wills Architects’ Client Engagement Manager. She assists with business development efforts, client engagement activities, digital marketing, corporate sponsorships, and more. Still very active in the daily operations of the office, she brings fresh solutions to challenges and is up for whatever task needs doing. To know her is to laugh with her, and she enjoys bringing joy and fun to everyday tasks. Cheers to you, Emily! We’re so glad you’re on our team.
