Crews are completing final touches, and then the building will welcome its new residents to enjoy the views, amenities, proximity to Downtown Spokane, and the walkable community of Kendall Yards. What a great project to closeout!

#WorksiteWednesday In Kendall Yards, Baker Construction crews are busy on the exterior siding and paint. On the interior, flooring, casework, plumbing fixtures, and lights are being installed.
#WorksiteWednesday In Kendall Yards, Baker Construction crews are making progress on the West of Jefferson building. Gypsum wallboard installation has begun and you can see the units taking shape. Almost all exterior windows and doors are installed on the upper floors, and some painting has begun. These units will have incredible views and a location that can’t be beat.
