Hooptown USA and Spokane Arts have partnered to fund a large-scale mural to the new basketball court at the North Bank Playground site. The mural will be completed next spring and will bring the state-of-the-art post-tension basketball court to life. The court was included in the scope of the North Bank Playground, and our landscape architecture department supervised its construction. The basketball court, skate park, playground, and climbing areas will provide a single site to be enjoyed by Spokanites of all ages and abilities.
We were very happy to participate in AIA Spokane’s golf tournament last Friday. Volunteers worked hard to ensure our safety, and we were pleased to smile and wave at our industry colleagues as they rode by. The Spokane community has a wealth of quality, kind design professionals. A big thanks to this year’s sponsors!
