Work From Home Anniversary

By | Architecture, News | No Comments

As we come up on the anniversary of sending our staff to work from home, we are grateful for the resilience and flexibility of our colleagues. To our tech support ensuring everyone had the necessary equipment, to our Teams chats bringing us smiles and laughs at home, to our HR pro fielding our questions in a year of unknowns. When we gathered together for the first time on Zoom last year, we didn’t know what the year would look like, but we are now hopeful that our region is moving in the right direction. Stay strong, Spokane, and we’ll see you soon.

The New Look of Team Meetings at Bernardo Wills Architects

By | Business, Food for thought, News | No Comments

This is what our weekly staff meeting currently looks like: masks on, spread out, some here, some there. Immense flexibility has been required this year, and we are grateful to our clients and staff for accepting the challenge. We are excited to see more folks in the office more often and look forward to seeing you soon. Meetings with Bernardo Wills Architects can be held with social distance and masks, or on a virtual platform.
