Happy Administrative Professionals Day to the admins here at Bernardo Wills Architects and throughout the Spokane business community. We know that we would be lost without our support staff, and today with honor their professionalism, thoughtfulness, and attentiveness.
This week, our operations team met for a retreat to plan their department goals for the year. With our workload and staff growth these past few years, we were excited to grow the operations staff to support these changes. Since 2020, we have added an IT professional, human resources and finance assistant, business development and client engagement manager, graphic designer, and senior project administrator. These additions, both internally and externally facing, support our mission to put our clients first with excellent communication and great design.
