BWA blazes a trail in land planning.

BWA was jointly retained by three different property owners to develop an integrated site plan and design theme for the trio of adjacent parcels. The project constitutes the first implementation of the City of Spokane’s Centers and Corridors zoning designation – which specifies concentric rings of density – involving undeveloped land. The effort also required an amendment to the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
