A design can have it all: functionality, visual appeal and cost efficiency.
To satisfy the client’s requirement of a cost-efficient construction method with an expedited building schedule, BWA designed a 60,000-square-foot, two-story steel and concrete tilt-up office building with a cost-effective rectangular structural configuration. The exterior finish consists of multi-color painted concrete panels and reveals accented by full-height, high-performance, insulated glass curtain-wall corners and horizontal aluminum mullions. Varying paint colors and parapet heights create the illusion of a more multifaceted building.
