Disciplined design takes command.
This design-build project – spanning six buildings and wash racks for a total of 208,000 square feet – integrates spaces tailored to the needs of the US Army Reserve and Washington Army National Guard. Pre-engineered metal structures house a range of amenities, including vehicle maintenance and repair bays with transitional bridge cranes, tool and parts rooms, and reinforced-concrete weapons vaults. A masonry-and-steel building contains administrative areas, classrooms, an assembly hall and a secure communications room.
