Bretz RV and Marine is expanding its footprint in Liberty Lake, WA, with the construction of a state-of-the-art Sales and Service Center. This ambitious project, featuring an impressive 66,000 square feet of floor space, is set to become a hub for RV and marine enthusiasts. Building Highlights

The new Sales and Service Center is a testament to modern engineering and design, showcasing two connecting Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB). One of the standout features of this facility is the Machine Room-Less Hydraulic Elevator, which is among the first of its kind in Washington State. This elevator not only provides efficient vertical transportation but also represents a significant technological advancement in building design.

The facility’s two-story structure offers a total of 66,000 square feet, divided into a 37,000 square foot Shop/Service area and a 29,000 square foot Office/Sales area. The Shop/Service area is equipped with a Vehicle Motorhome Class A size paint booth, a vehicle body shop, multiple vehicle wash bays, and 16 vehicle maintenance bays. This comprehensive setup ensures that Bretz RV and Marine can provide top-notch services to their customers.

Future Prospects

Situated on a 40-acre parcel, the new facility will offer a full range of customer services and sales for RVs, boats, parts, accessories, and more. In addition to the Sales and Service Center, Bretz plans to provide overnight RV parking, propane sales, and a body shop. This expansion not only enhances their service offerings but also strengthens their presence in the Liberty Lake community.
