#ThrowbackThursday to last November - Greenstone Homes had just completed the removal of a large amount of basalt rock and prepped the site for Baker Construction. Baker and their sub-contractor Everett Concrete got to work installing both site and main level concrete necessary to complete the structural concrete podium. The completed work included; retaining walls, footings, grade beams, portions of the elevator walls, and some of the columns for the concrete podium. Rebar and formwork were installed for the balance of the podium columns and one of the two stairwells. We are now getting ready for project completion by the end of the year. While the construction days are long, the years are short! We can’t wait for the building residents to enjoy the building’s stunning Downtown Spokane views and proximity to services.
