We are throwing it back to a very special project: the North Idaho Dermatology medical office building in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. This building is comprised of 29,400 square feet of office space over a below-grade parking garage. The building houses the main lobby, patient waiting areas, 14 exam rooms, seven surgical suites, either cosmetic procedure rooms, two laboratories, a spa, a skincare retail area, physician offices, an open area for providers, and business and support offices. BWA provided architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture for this project. Our full-service design process resulted in a unified aesthetic, greeting, and welcoming clients from the outside-in.
