It’s almost time for #BacktoSchool, and Bernardo Wills has pledged to collect school supplies for kiddos at Centennial Middle School in Spokane. August 1-31, we will be collecting a whole host of school supplies, including: binders, lined notebook paper, folders, pencils, pens, colored pencils, erasures, markers, earbuds, combination locks, black sharpies, thin markers, and more! Join us in ensuring every student has what they need when they come back to school!

The Sustainable Housing Innovations Partnership and the Riverwalk Point 52-unit complex provide sustainable housing options.

#ThrowbackThursday to one of Bernardo Wills’ favorite landscape architecture achievements – the McEuen Park Redevelopment for the City of Coeur d’Alene. The team’s primary objective included creating a destination park and gathering space for the public while incorporating amenities and features to compliment the venue’s spectacular waterfront setting on Lake Coeur d’Alene. What’s that they say about location, location, location? This park has that and more – Centennial Trail access, an interactive playground and splash pad, public art spaces, a dog park, sports courts, an amphitheater, and more! In 2015, the McEuen Park Redevelopment won a Merit Award from the American Society of Landscape Architects Idaho & Montana Chapter. As our weather heats up, put McEuen on your list for cooling off at the splash pad or heading to the lake, and enjoy!

It’s a big week at the Spokane Valley Fire Department’s new operations and maintenance facility.

The landscape is filling in nicely at ICCU Arena.

Some folks in our office got to spend the perfect weekend weather at Latah Creek Golf Course and captured the new ramp for us.

#WorksiteWednesday At the Gonzaga University and University of Washington Regional Health Sciences Building in Spokane’s U-District, our landscape architecture team got to check the progress of the living wall. This wall features local flora and fauna, many of which were used by the Spokane area’s Indigenous Peoples for medicinal purposes.
After our Chili Cookoff was such a hit in March, we needed another contest! Our first ever Taco Contest yesterday brought great eats and even better company. Congratulations to Bill LaRue for his victory with his pork carnitas con chiles verde. Bravo!
