A little bit about Cathi

Cathi liked to draw as a child and was fascinated by how things work and fit together. While her grandfather had been an architect, he never encouraged her in that direction because he felt architecture was not an appropriate career for a woman. It wasn’t until Cathi was an adult and working as a switchboard operator that a forward-thinking engineer who worked at the same firm suggested that she might like to take a drafting class. Once she did, Cathi knew drafting was the career for her. She thrives on the technical aspect of drafting and her role in bringing projects to the finish line.
