Ice Age Floods Award

We are honored to announce that we received a Merit Award for our design of the Ice Age Floods Playground in Riverfront Park by the Idaho/Montana Chapter of ASLA. The Merit Award recognizes superior professional accomplishments in landscape architecture. The project was judged on the design, functionalism, relationship to context, environmental responsibility, overall relevance to the built environment, and more. We knew this project was special, and we are proud of our staff that made this project a reality, cheers!

Emily Moline Meyer Receives CPSM Certification

Congratulations to our own Emily Moline Meyer, CDFA, CPSM, on earning her Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) designation from the Society for Marketing Professional Services. Emily studied long and hard for this difficult exam in 5 focus areas of A/E/C marketing and business development: Marketing Research, Marketing Planning, Client and Business Development, Proposals, Promotional Activity, and Management. Monroe Street Bridge Zipline Graphics

We are excited to hear that the proposed zipline at the Monroe Street Bridge might become a reality in the future. We aided the City in developing some graphics for the proposed idea. This fly-through shows the platform connecting with “A Place of Truths Plaza” on Spokane Falls Boulevard. Check it out here!

We were proud to host AIA Spokane’s Project Management Panel last week to finish a fantastic Architecture Month. Our own Licia LeGrant, AIA, Associate here at Bernardo Wills, joined the panel to discuss her project management strategies. Licia co-led a project management standards committee last year that developed our project management workbook in 2021. Go, Licia!
