As we make plans for the coming weeks and changes in our daily lives, our mission is more important than ever. It serves as a guide for our decision-making and keeps our focus on what is most important. Bernardo Wills Architects is here to make communities better. We do this by giving our clients’ purpose a place. We design places, spaces, and visions.

The Bernardo Wills Architects family is praying for those affected by COVID-19 and encouraging our team to keep themselves informed and safe. While observing social distancing measures and business and school closures, we are fully utilizing the tools at our disposal to serve our clients well. Our team is fully capable of remote work, and we will continue to staff our main phone number to direct your questions to the best person. This is uncharted territory for our region, and we are closely monitoring updates from the Washington State Department of Health and the Spokane Regional Health District and adjusting our operations accordingly.
“For a community to be whole and healthy, it must be based on people’s love and concern for each other.” Millard Fuller

On March 12th, we celebrated the groundbreaking of the newest Vivacity Care Center in Spokane Valley, Washington. This facility is a partnership between Vera Whole Health and Premera Blue Cross to bring advanced primary care clinics to the Spokane area. Bernardo Wills Architects is providing our full slate of services, including architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture for this project. We are honored to be working with these healthcare providers, as well as Meridian Construction as our General Contractor.
Matthew Halstead, BIM/CAD technician, has joined BWA. He is currently providing drafting, design, and construction support for two new buildings in Washington state: Vivacity Care Center, a primary-care medical clinic in Spokane Valley, and Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories’ SEL Event Center in Pullman.
