An adaptive reuse of a historic building earns two LEED Golds.
The fundamental challenge of this project – how to transform a 100-year-old warehouse into a dynamic, functional office for BWA – became the guiding force in its design, which secured two LEED Gold certifications. The new façade’s materials, detailing and colors showcase creative, contemporary design while being compatible with those of surrounding structures and respecting the original building.
